Collaboration Works!

"...what a beneficial resource the Safety Net Alliance has become! Families in our district have received direct support from participating organizations. It’s easy to access, and helpful to be able to contact the person directly posting the alert if further information is needed.  A desire to have a centralized site for resources is something that has been mentioned multiple times at our meetings and this definitely fills that request."

"UpSpring has been so grateful for the Hamilton County ESC Safety Net Alliance, since joining we have been able to distribute more resources and support many more families than before. Our organization delivered over 5,000 resources, the most ever in our organization’s history, and a huge part of that was due to the Safety Net Alliance. The ability to support partners’ needs to help children in need such as coats, book bags, hygiene kits, and much more has been wonderful. The staff and other partner agencies have been great to work with and we look forward to continuing to serve more children this year."

Jordan Mitchell, Program Director

"The SafetyNet Alliance, operating under the Hamilton County Educational Service Center, has played a crucial role in connecting the Three Rivers School District with a wealth of valuable resources throughout Cincinnati. One notable partnership within this network is the collaboration with the Mary Magdalan House, which is dedicated to enhancing access to essential services in the Three Rivers area. Their joint effort is focused on improving laundry facilities, ensuring that the community members have easy and convenient access to this fundamental necessity. This same resource also has made an impact by generously donating laundry detergent and other essential products for students and their families in the district. Through such collaborations, the SafetyNet Alliance is making a tangible difference in the lives of residents, fostering a stronger and more supportive community in the Three Rivers School District."
